I went to this culvers 3/30/24. Ordered food at 1:34 per receipt. Asked employee walking around at 1:55 if our food had been forgotten. Food finally came out at 2:02. Was missing a item, requested forgotten item. Was brought the wrong item 2 times. Order was remade completely at 2:15ish. I wish they had just refunded the money instead at that point.

Kris and Shyann are always nice and pleasant! Even when some of the other customers there are mean to them they are composed and dedicated to service! They were so great in helping me when there was an issue, (my burger was missing some stuff) they went above and beyond to fix it! I always prefer this Culver’s. The food and service is always top tier.

We get take out from this location once every week or two, if you pre order curdside I suggest ordering it 5-10min before you'll be there because it's always 5-15 minutes late EVERY SINGLE TIME!The food is good as far as quality goes and I would give this place 5 stars if they figured out how to be on time and dependable!Right now it's 5:25pm and I ordered for 5:15pm, got here at 5:13pm and checked in, I'm sure I'll be here another 5-10min, never fails!! I literally sit here parked and see drive thru orders get ordered, cooked and brought out while I'm waiting, pretty ridiculous and defeats the purpose of scheduling an order...

So if you've never had Culver's before I don't believe I've ever went to any Culver's and had a bad experience the food is always excellent the employees are always friendly and helpful and the place is always clean.
Drive through. Caramel butter pecan ice cream was beyond delicious. Sour dough patty melt, also delicious.

Needed something quick for dinner and this place wasn't busy. Service was very fast and friendly and food was fresh and hot. Fries were some of the best I've had from Culver's. Spicy chicken sandwich was decent but not the best I've had. Concrete mixer was the usual deliciousness. Solid location and recommend them for their speed and service.

Service was adequate,, fish and union rings super ,, young lady behind in kitchen RUDE ,, table I cleaned myself,, we were served shakes and chocolate all over outside the cup ,,,, thank you for the Pepsi products..4/13 /23 amazing tonight a lot better than last time .... 10/03)23 it is noon right when folks come in for dinner,, they only had one cashier???? But to their credit all was super thank you super heroes ?
