Rude on the phone

A freaky, SLOW delivery. I'm sorry, but not enough delivery drivers is a ridiculous thing to be telling me on the phone as I'm still waiting after 50 minutes since my order was, "Out For Delivery." I would expect that this would be made right, but I was offered nothing for my troubles. Unacceptable. Very unhappy ?

1 star is too much for this place. Methed out ghetto place. Manager does not care and the employees are horrible. They can't make a sandwich correctly, they are really rude and not fast at all. I think they would screw up a cup of cold water. Stay away from this place.

Worst Jimmy John’s location I’ve ever been to. Will always mess up your order and are not helpful when you want it fixed. Also, not a single person knows the difference between the jalapeño ranch and the kickin’ ranch and will always give you the wrong one. I love Jimmy John’s and have given this location multiple chances since moving close by but will not ever go back after the last 4 orders being wrong.

Everything was fine. Order was correct and tasted good. Delivery was earlier than expected, set for 11:45 am and they were here probably 10 mins before that.

Placed my order for 45 minutes in advance. I get there and the employees tell me they don't have my order and that my order never came through. Okay cool, technology is silly sometimes. I pull out my emailed receipt to show that I had placed an order at the right location and The staff proceeded to argue with me that they never got it. They go ahead and make my order while berating me that I can't place an order and immediately come get it. What? I placed it 45 mins prior? It's not my fault your machines aren't working. And what's the point of "freaky fast" if I can't come with in a reasonable amount time after placing an order. I come to this location quite often and haven't had this type of treatment. The staff felt extremely rude and like I was interrupting something.

I'm a truck driver and tried calling three times after getting parked at the truck stop and about 30 mins before they were supposed to close to try to order food with no answer. So I walked the mile down there to try to get food and ended up there about 5 minutes after they were supposedly closing and all the lights were off and there was no one inside. Within 5 minutes of them closing. Which tells me they were cleaning up early and probably intentionally ignored the call.
