The cashier gave the wrong change. The nitro machine was broken and even though there were 20 people working, the bathrooms were disgusting. Still got some coffee albeit sticky cups.

Out of White Chocolate Mocha, which is really the only coffee drink I get. Had to get a regular Mocha, and it just wasn't the same. Pretty disappointed.

My daughter could not paid forward for a police officer in the drive thru who was in front of her in line. They told her it was against their policy. How sad because the police put their lives on the line everyday!

Very poorly managed Starbucks! Every tim I stop here, always they short eather on cups, food or closed for entrance only drive thru! Management should consider and get involved to train them right and organize stuff ahead of time.

Just awful.Ordered one sandwich. Twenty minutes later, still waiting. No sandwich. "Oh here it is. Did they ask for your name?" No."Well, there it is."Someone just put it aside without a word to me (standing there the whole time) so now I get a cold 20 minutes old sandwich.You can take your $5 stone cold sandwich and your rudeness and you know what with it.
Took over a half hour to get coffee!
