Food was prepared perfectly. Very good meatball sub and teriyaki chicken sub. Wait time in drive through was a bit longer than expected, but the staff was courteous and conscious of that, working hard to keep up.

Order here frequently. Tonight ordered two subs. Two what looked to be teenagers took my order and the young male burped extremely loudly into the headset and then they both laughed and continued laughing once I got to the window. Received both subs with the wrong ingredients. Maybe they should pay more attention to what they are doing and less on trying to be goofy and tickling each other.*edit I called the store last night and was told there wasn’t a manager in the store and that there would be one there in the morning.*edit I was told rudely told by another employee today that there wasn’t a manager at this location and that they would pass my phone number to the owner if he wanted to call me he would.

Workers seem to hate their job, I would too if the boss was as confusing and nitpicky as theirs. They do allow you to use the mailed coupons, HOWEVER he only lets you use it on the cheaper meats (cold cut, ham, turkey, etc). Doesn’t even make the coupons worth it.My sandwich is NEVER made correctly. I always ask for it toasted, yet it never is. INCREDIBLY frustrating as subway isn’t exactly a cheap dinner nowadays…

Why is it every time I go in they literally act like it’s an abomination that I walked in. Today I walked in because the drive through was down and they sat down until I literally walked up to them , like they were confused why I was there. The time before this there was zero sign on the drive through machine but she refused to answer and when I went in she had headphones in.

This is my second and last time at this location . The 2 lady’s that work during lunch hours constantly stop to either talk or just stare at the menu , neither seem to have any prior knowledge in foods, BE CAREFUL ASKING FOR ANY SAUCE mayo/mustard/etc they dump it on , sandwich is fresh , bread is good , but again when it comes to adding any sauces is when the sandwich is ruined.

i’m writing this as we’re sitting in the drive thru, we’ve been sitting here for approximately 15 minutes and they’ve taken our order but have yet to get our food, they haven’t even said anything while we’ve been waiting here at the window

The wait was extremely long, The order had been place online and had not even been started on after the Est. time.There were 2 employees, I get it. It appeared to me however there was no teamwork and they seemed be working independently of each other. They were however very Chatty Cathy’s with each other and the customers in front of me. Yea, customer service is great, but save the shenanigans for somewhere else if you can’t work & talk at the same time. Now we get to the main issue at hand, mine and my wife’s sandwiches. Mine had extra of what I didn’t ask for, didn’t seem to have that much more of what I paid to have extra of and it was sloppy. My wife’s sub was as she had asked for it. The tipping point of this whole review is the bread. The bread was stale, so stale. My wife had gotten the less stale bread between us. Not that it made her sandwich any better in the least bit. We ate the food. because from placing the order to waiting….and waiting more, we were very hungry and worn from the day. The length of time from placing the order online to the time the food was received was 40 min. Sure we all have to wait in lines. However, when you’ve waited so long and the food you get is so not on par with being the least bit tasteful. That is what will put the sourest taste in your mouth. We will not be coming back to this particular Subway for sometime if at all.

Service was painfully slow and disorganized. Only one person in front of us and it took 20 minutes to make a six inch sandwich. Noticed the sandwich person was cutting sandwiches with already used knives that were loaded up with mayo from previous sandwiches. That's a no-go in food service safety, plus a serious health risk for someone with alergies. Clean knives need to be used for each sandwich prep. Yikes ?
