They told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes to make my pizza and they screwed it up and it took me 45 minutes to be able to get it and they didn't even try to make things right with me by giving me a discount. We'll never go back to this place again.

The staff is so friendly.. had a big order and they completed it on time will go there for all my pizza
I ordered a single large meat lovers and was told it would take around 15-20min. I went to the counter and asked what was taking so long and they responded with "We gave your pizza to the wrong table". After that exchange there was not a sign of accommodation considering we waited almost 45min in total to get our pizza. The location was not very busy at the time so we figured it wouldn't be long. The service was terrible and they didn't have a the slightest concern for how long we had to wait. I used to love going here but it seems the service has gone down hill since my last visit.

I guess you need to change the blade on the pizza cutter, this normally never happens.

Got a large pepperoni ? from them an was full after 3 slices. Better ? then most places anymore, I miss the Georgetown Square location.Didn't know they existed till late last yr when I noticed them.The dining room is still closed
