I took my 18-month-old grandson here and we sat for 35 minutes until we got asked what we wanted to drink. I was very patient because they were super busy however three or four tables had their food by the time we got our drinks and we got there before they did. Food was great ..waitress was apologetic...and they were super busy. Give the servers a break...I wanted to walk out but I really wanted mashed potatoes for my grandson and I'd have to drive to Oxford or Richmond to get those with a meal.We eat there often and this isn't the norm....I was glad we didn't get chicken....they were way behind on that...so it must be delicious!

Sr menu is 7.99 but they don't tell you they add 3.00 if you don't pay cash.Added 6.00 to my ticket for 2 meals.2 meals at 7.99 ...pop and coffee and 1 slice of pie....32.00In response to owners comment, you all did not charge me 3.98% that would have been 96 cents, not addl 6.00. feel like we were stroked

Great biskets and gravy which is served all day. All their food is great! It's been awhile since my wife and I ate there and the food was still great.Features: All you can eat fish Friday and all you can eat ? chicken Saturday. Great flavor in both. Very clean and there was a shield ?️. I like looking at all the interesting things on the wall that you can buy there or at the store next door. Better have an appetite.

This is an old fashioned restaurant with a lot of character.The food tastes like it came straight from your grandmother's kitchen.I had country fried steak with real mashed potatoes and gravy,green beans that had bacon and onions and a dinner roll .$9:99 My wife had the meatloaf with the same sides for the same price.Also saw a sign if you down and can't paythe meal is on them.You get good home cookin and good prices served by a owner with a Good heart.
