Went there for dinner. Showed up a little before 7PM. I ordered pot roast, my wife ordered chicken and noodles. Normally when you go, they bring out rolls or biscuits before the meal. I know they do this there because the table next to us had them on the table pre meal. When the waitress came back to the table, I asked her to bring them before our meal. She comes back and says they’re out and cooking some more. 15 minutes later, she comes back to the table and asks if we need anything. She completely forgot. She goes back and comes to tell me they’re still not done. Ten minutes later she brings our meal, they’re still not done. I get halfway through my meal, still not done. We get completely finished with our meals and she proceeds to tell me they’re going to be another 10 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. I make a big deal of this because those rolls are the main reason I go to Bob Evans. Somebody was not being honest. It doesn’t take 45 minutes to cook those - no way. They also forgot my wife’s green beans. We won’t go back.

Very good food, I had the cheeseburger meal and tea, it was cooked the way I asked and my glass was never empty. The waitress was very polite and kind. The cost was not expensive. I will there again and recommend to others.

This is the first time I’ve had a Bob Evans dinner. While it was good, it doesn’t compare to the breakfast.The waitress and other staff were very nice and the restaurant was clean.
This Bob Evans was such a bad experience. We weren’t waited on for 10 minutes, she took our drinks then waited for us to order, when she came back (without our drinks) she took our order and then realized she forgot to bring our drinks. Our drinks came 10 minutes after our food was ordered. Our apps came 4 minutes before our meal. Our sever forgot most of our food order, failed to get drink refills, and the food was awful. Mashed potatoes tasted like peanut butter, the food’s only seasoning was salt, a ton of it too, steak was way over done, our over easy egg had egg shells in it, our side for our meal was charged as an extra.It wasn’t busy by any means as it was 7:39pm when we arrived and we just left at 8:50pm. I was a server for 7 years and I would be embarrassed to give the service we were given. Not sure if everyone that was working was new orif this Bob Evans is going downhill.
