Standard wings fresh made and good taste. Service was on top of there game and very prompt. Clean tables and floors tvs were easy to see.

How disappointing.My family ordered fried pickles that were barely fried at all, pretzels that were overly hot but doughy in the middle. Our wings arrived IMMEDIATELY after our appitizers but they were lukewarm at best some of them even being dry and cold. My sons french fries tasted like they had been reheated and were COVERED in pepper and his mac n'cheese was cold in the middle.As for the atmosphere the staff seemed like they were completely fed up and didn't want to be there. The hostess seemed annoyed that she had to seat us. The woman who brought our food was very rude in the way she asked if our food "looked alright". When I glance at the kitchen I noticed one of the girls messing with her hair for an extended period of time in the pass and one of the cooks touching his face and going right back to making food.On top of it all the staff made us feel extremly rushed and dropped off our bill within 10 minutes of getting our food.Definitely the lesser of the franchise.

Haven't been here at this location for awhile.....and I remember why nowWell this place use to be amazing. Walked in we were one of the first few here. I asked if we could be sat in front of one of the tvs that had the golf game on. She said well I'll sit u in front of a TV and change it. I sat down order with my whole family, I got 10 of the traditional. I asked when she had a sec could she please turn it on as 10 minutes had passed she said yes. As 15 minutes passed I asked if she could please change it to the golf channel. She said yes. As our food came out I had received boneless wings instead of traditional. At that point I was mad. Not only has it been 25 minutes and the TV they set me in front so I could watch the golf channel had not been changed to the golf channel but now my orders wrong. She went and got me new wings and they were crispy beyond belief and after all this still the TV wasn't changed I wouldn't have been so mad if there wasn't an actual match happening with the big leaders of golf playing and they said they couldnt accomidate me. But wrong order and 3 times to say please change the channel.and they never did. This place use to be spot on. Waitress seemed to have no idea what was going on. Will not be back at this location. Especially during an actual game of any sort. I rarely leave such negative comments but this one takes it.
Love Buffalo Wild Wings. Annoyed the adult portion of fries for my meal was less than the portion of fries my child received for her children's meal. Also, annoyed our waitress decided to take items off of our table and took my husband's whole plate of fries.

Wings so done you couldn't chew them and dry. They forgot the chips and salsa. Took over 15 min for there cash register to accept their own gift cards. So then was late from my lunch at work :( what a waste of 48 dollars.

This place has terrible service, we were waiting for almost 2 hours and our food wasn’t ready, we were some of the first customers there and our customer said they were busy even tho we had been waiting for a long time before more people start getting there. This has happened to us twice already, this place has the worst customer service.
