Today visit was a very pleasant experience. Jigar Patel was the gentleman to take my order in a vast and professional manner. The best part of my experience was this employee help a to elderly woman out to their car. Helped them with their food and made sure they were good to leave. Thank you jigar

wish i took a pic but when i tell you, these slushies were completely melted, i mean it. not only that, but the owner of the place was the one taking our order, our money, and he was also the one to bring the food out. he had the balls to come serve us the slushies and tell us that the reason that the slushies were melted was because no one had ordered them in awhile so the machine was turned off." my question is, why is this man not saying this when i'm at the drive-thru speaker? I love Dairy Queen, and they represent the company well. I love the Flame Thrower hamburger. Really good ??

One of the employees noticed that I was not eating ice cream like the other five people I was with were eating. He came over and asked me why I wasn’t eating any ice cream. I told him that I couldn’t have dairy. He informed me about the dairy free dilly bars. I told him that I would buy one the next time. He went back to the back and brought me a dilly bar. It was a dairy free dilly bar made with coconut milk. It was delicious! He was so kind and nice! Great customer service!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free Dilly Bars are delicious!
