Not happy with the service here at at all. It says online its supposed to be open at 4:45am I'm here at 5:15 and doors are locked drive-threws are still closed and the sign isn't even on.

Ordered 3 orders of nuggets, fries, and some sandwiches. Didn't get any of the nuggets and fries werent done all the way. waited for 15 minutes at the counter until someone talked to me so I could get the nuggets. There was one younger kid who was great and got them once he saw me, but he was the only one that was actually working.

I am very disappointed because I ordered a hamburger with double meat and they gave me a hamburger with only 1 meat ?and also without lettuce or tomato because if you look at the purchase receipt it says that with few pickles and no mustard ?that was the only thing I didn't want it but the staff didn't give me what I wanted and besides it only came with a single meat, I hope they give me a quick answer, thank you?please take good care of your customers, and also don't steal the customers' food .

Asked for a cup of tea. Was told there is only one size although I saw a coffee cup twice the size of what I was served.They filled a small cup about 60% full and charged me full price. I’ve been avoiding these crazy restaurants with crazy prices and this confirms why. Done with MacDonald’s now.

Went there in the afternoon and I'm guessing the "B" crew was working. I always get nasty fries at the west side McDonald's. Both my sandwiches literally looked like they were thrown together with old food. The only decent part about the experience was the pineapple mango smoothie. I was shocked the machine was actually working. Take the extra time and go to the east end McDonald's.

This is the absolute biggest joke of a McDonald's I've ever went to. The staff keeps the outdoor light off and minimal inside light in early morning because they want it to appear they aren't open, I've sat at the drive up for 8 mins., finally had to pull around and knock on the window to get service. They always claim the milk shake machine is broke.I only go there because it's close to my work. Got this sandwich and the bottom of the bun was rock hard and you can see how it's burned from being on the burner.
Messes orders up a lot. Forgets items.Food is almost always cold. Burgers not warm enough to melt cheese. Some staff are not very pleasant to deal with.

Normally service for pick up orders is pretty prompt, but today I waited 25 minutes for my McRib and fries. Finally, after about 20 minutes I went inside, and the young man told me they were waiting on the McRibs and it would be just a short time longer, which it was. When the young girl brought out my order, there was no sorry for your wait, jump in a lake, nothing. And nothing before that to alert me that it would be a long wait. I placed the order and arrived just a few minutes after 1030, but one would still think the crew could convert over to lunch in a shorter timeframe than nearly a half hour.

Went thru drive-thru,and they had some intercom problems,so had to place order at the window, then had to wait for our food in the number 2 waiting parking space not really enough room for a full size pick up truck. Not really enough room to park and other vehicles to get by. Not really a big deal/problem. But food was good except I thought I said no mustard on my burger,but it wasn't on the receipt saying so, it had a little more mustard than I would ask for and too much ketchup as well. But other than that it was good.Features: Wore gloves and some had masks.

Well McDonald's is McDonald's but it better at certain times if the day then others never go to anyone of the McDonald's except for the one on the corner of Lincoln and lafountion after midnight... Cause they all put the worst crew they have on the midnight
