They stole $130 from me, I ordered pizza and they never delivered it and they said they do it the next day. When I called them the next day I asked for a refund they say ok and it will take 5 - 7 days for me to get my money back and it's been 9 days and I haven't gotten my money back.

We never get what we ordered. Sometimes we ask for extra meat (never get it) this time we asked for chicken ( no chicken the pizza) We were so mad!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have ordered twice from the Logansport Papa Johns on Market. The first time I picked it up and it somehow looked as if it had been sitting for an hour. The toppings weren't evenly distributed. The cheese was rubbery. I was extremely disappointed. Gave them a second chance and it was the most horrible food-service I've ever experienced. When I called to check on the status of my delivery, which was 30 minutes late, they snapped into the phone \\\"WE'RE CLOSED!\\\" When I informed the woman on the phone that I was a paying customer checking the status of my order, she lied and said it was still being prepared. She refused to give her name. I asked why it was taking so long and she said \\\"I don't know I just got here.\\\" I asked for a supervisor and she said \\\"I am the manager on duty.\\\" I asked why she, as a manager, would refuse to give her name and she said \\\"we don't have to do that\\\" So supposedly a foodservice manager on duty just arrived at the store at closing time, and supposedly I'm supposed to eat food prepared by someone who refuses to give me a name or courteous service. I filed a complaint with the corporate HQ and was assured I would hear back from the store owner or manager within 4 days. That was a week and a half ago. I haven't so much as been offered a coupon much less an apology for the horrendous service. I will never call this place again. There are plenty other great pizza places in town. I guess I'm no longer a fan of Papa Johns

I am very angry, called to check the status of my order because it was showing delivered on the tracker. Was told it had not been delivered yet. Waited another 15 - 20 minutes, come to find out it was delivered to 109 E Ottawa instead of 109 W Ottawa, it was left on their porch, the people that live there delivered it. By the time we got it it was cold. I called and they tried making excuses, no apologies. I will be ordering elsewhere from now on.

Placed on hold by a "call center" for half an hour. Once the store answered, they quoted me a different price than the call center gave me. Overall poor customer
