“So I was here for the first time about 8 months ago. My first time here, the service was horrible, and it took FOREVER to get my drink, even though I placed the mobile order, so it was supposed to be faster. If I had never gone back to the Lowell Dunkin after that time, then I would have left a 1 star review. I see that they have since changed and hired more friendly staff. Now today I went back for the second time since my negative experience and now the staff are a lot more friendly and my order has come out faster. ?“

“Great tasting donuts and beautiful locale. The donuts are soft and toppings are top quality. My son has a peanut allergy and they separated the peanut butter and nut donuts I ordered in another bag without me asking. Great staff! They also carry Indiana Amish made products like a multitude of different natural jams, honey, an assortment of different cookies, popcorn, pies, granola bars, pancake mix, cupcakes and more. “I was there and I ordered some food and it was excellent. The guy there looked young, maybe around 15 ish, and he was really good. He wished us a happy Easter and that Is good service. You should give him a raise Dunkin' Donuts if your reading this. I would definitely recommend this, and I would go more often now.“

“This is the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to my whole life. I never feel as though I wasted money because everything is always fresh. I go to other Dunkin’s and their coffee is watered down or like raunchy tasting. You can come here at 3pm and still get great coffee, which I’ve found other Dunkin’s to be butt after 2. Customer service is great, fast and efficient. When I lived in LOFS I would drive all the way to this one still. Been coming here since I was a kid and they just get better every year “
