I tried the new house roasted blonde espresso today as a latte. It had a nice light slightly nutty flavor. The vibes of The Attic are absolutely immaculate. The pastries, lunch, and desserts are always absolute perfection and the service is always top tier! Whether getting coffee to go, or staying for lunch it’s always so delicious!! Best coffee in Madison by far! And if you’re not feeling coffee their blackberry lemonade is to die for! I’ve only ever had one lotus drink from here but it was really good, just not my thing.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options I’ve had were very delicious!Dietary restrictions: They have all the dairy free options your heart could desire! Also sugar free lotus drinks that are very good.

Great coffee, but the employees are downright rude. Personally messaging someone who applied to the attic, completely unprovoked, just to be demeaning. Only because they don’t personally like the applicant. That is a little weird, totally unprofessional, and kind of disgusting in my opinion. Someone needs to put a leash on these employees and give them a little advice about professionalism :)
