Love the fish and the shrimp. And we won't even start on the catfish but catfish has to be a special treat because of the price. The atmosphere is a bit cold and the staff isn't very welcoming. I always feel like I am bothering them.Parking: Be careful circling around through the drive-thru and backing out of the end lots.

The restaurant was clean, neat and staff was polite and helpful. The food was nasty. I ordered the deluxe seafood platter. The shrimp had a bad smell to them I did not eat. The crab cakes had a cleaning solution taste. The fish was slimy and bad tasting. Cole slaw was ok. The fries were soggy.Please be vigilant in ordering food here. I did get a sour stomach after just nibbling to try the foods.Parking: The parking lot is a trap, small and hard to maneuver.

Poor service. Cook looked like he had mechaniced or scrap all day. Long gray blaxk hair in ponytail. Long gray hair in fries. Tild server but told i would pay bill. Reply....no one here has long gray hair. Uh...the cook. Good fish. Goid crablegs.

I wish this was a Long John Silvers. Captain Ds puts a lot of sugar in their batter to make it addictive but it's just sickening sweet. The manager at this location is hateful and abusive to the workers. On Memorial Day, we dined in and she chewed a worker out for wearing the "wrong shirt" to work. He was wearing a store branded shirt. She should be happy he even came to work on a holiday. She chewed him out in front of everyone, when she should have discussed her issues in private.I went back today and Big Butt manager was still her hateful self. Being short with the customers and yelling at the employees. It makes for a horrid dining experience.

The food was delicious as usual but I was not very happy with the service tonight. It was very easy to overhear staff talking bad about the customers in drive-thru, I went up to ask for drinks and that seemed like an inconvenience considering the blonde behing the counter could barley be heard and I didn't hear her ask, and finally the staff seemed to be on edge with each other tonight. Like yeah that's a really great atmosphere to inflict on. I was at this location on 12/16/22 between 5-6 p.m so hopefully some better/more mature management can solve this issue. I understand people may have things going on that could impact their mood but maybe leave that at the door next time so you don't ruin anyone else's mood/ evening.

There’s a girl working there named Emma Wooten. She’s nice and all but she doesn’t read me a bedtime story, and it reflects on the quality of the establishment. I hope she corrects the error of her ways before a loyal customer is lost.
