This place is a Godsend! I came here for a small meal, and ended up falling in love with the owners, the restaurant itself and all the guests. I’m here in town working with Lifetime Quality Roofing, we gave out pizzas with Belos. Now I come here to eat everyday!!! You will not regret coming to eat here, I promise! This is a very unconventional restaurant. No menus but you tell them what you're craving and he figures out how to bring you amazing food that hits the spot! The chicken wings are unbelievably good! We alsohad Mac n cheese with brisket on top with Eddie's awesome jalapenos! My 12 yr old said, "mom, have you reviewed him yet? You better give him a 5 star" ? Eddie and his son are amazing humans! I wish we lived closer and could eat here more often. Thank you for great food and amazing service!Dietary restrictions: My son is allergic to milk and wheat. We stopped in after Clifty Falls from out of town and let me tell you…absolutely the best brisket and ribs we have ever had. It’s just a little place in an area that you may question at first, but relax and enjoy. This man will not let you leave without ensuring that you are completely full.
I've been to Madison many times, but this past Friday I came across reviews for Hoboken Eddie's. It was not just a place for the best food and BBQ I've ever had, but the whole experience left me in awe of this guy. He asked what we liked and didn't like, and started putting food in front of us. The brisket was to die for, the ribs were delectable, and the acorn squash dessert was delicious. When he told me he was a world renowned chef and had been on Paula Deen's first show, I had to watch as soon as I got in my car. He sent us with hot sauce and 2 waters for the long drive home. I look forward to going back.

Great brisket and ribs, pasta dish was a hit also and then when I think I can’t eat another bite, out comes the mystery dessert, an acorn squash crisp. Fantastic, worth the two and a half hour drive. Love Madison, more people need to check out this place.
