Went through the drive thru. My French fries were cold. They even looked old. Other than that. It was 5 star. I would be embarrassed to serve french fries like that to anyone, as an employee.

I went in,ordered 2 burgers and I watch a young man fixing fries with out gloves.I as well as other customers watch him put the fries on the tray and proceeds to wipe his hands on his pants and goes back to grabbing more orders of fries and used his hand to put them in their cartons.I asked their manager do they have to use gloves while working the fries and she said no.I told her they may wanna wear them since the boy clearly doesn't care what he's touching while touching the customers food.Wendys fries are one of my favorites but I don't wanna eat them after someone's touched them.Maybe you all should make them wear gloves so I can enjoy them again.

Worst chicken wrap I've ever had!Brown lettuce, old rubbery chicken that looked like it had been cooked hours ago.Tasted awful, I took one bite and spit it back out. $11.00 for my inedible meal!The guy at the first window completely ignored me. Held his hand out for payment and then shoved my card back in my face. Girl at the second window was scratching her nose as she asked me what I ordered. Then picked my food up with the same hand!I'm just blown away by how terrible the service was!I will never be back to Madison Wendys,..

My friend and I recently had lunch at Wendy's in Madison, Indiana and our food was hot and fresh and the customer service was refreshingly good which is almost non-existent these days as well as clean and all necessities napkins-lids-straws were well stocked and tables were all clean clean and wiped down. Overall a great experience.

I don't know If they hire nothing but HS dropouts or this new generation is just useless but I need more than 2 hands to count how many orders they've messed up. I think I keep goin back cause of all the free food I keep getting, love wendys food but their workers can't read or fill a fry box up properly.

If I could give the drive thru minus stars I would. They got my order wrong, then was laughing about it when I was on the phone with them. What a joke this place is.
Typical fast food joint, a little pricey but they some of the cheapest value meals and the best chili.

The service was prompt and friendly, the dining room bright and clean. The fries were hot, but my burger was unusually dry. The generous amount of toppings covered it well enough.
