We're from out of state. Was driving past and noticed this location had both Cinnabon AND Auntie Anne's. Score! Went up to the counter, grabbed a 4 pack of Cinnabon's and saw there were zero Auntie Anne's pretzels in the warmer. I asked the employee behind the counter if she was making any. She said (rudely), "NO, not until Monday". It's Friday. Disappointed. The girl behind the counter needs an attitude adjustment pronto. Terrible customer service.

Randomly closed all the time with no hours posted anywhere. They might as well just remove cinnabon and auntie anne's from Flying J's. I am in no way a Karen, especially with fast food/restaurants. But there's no point in advertising a place that is never open...

Arrived here at 7:50PM one weeknight evening last week to get a pretzel. Employee was cleaning behind the counter. She proceeded to clean for a bit without acknowledging us. Finally acknowledged us with a rude "can I help you." I asked if they had any regular pretzels, her response was a rude "no." I asked if she would have any up soon. Her response was a rude, "no, we're closing soon." News to me, because I couldn't find hours for the location anywhere, nor was there a "closing soon" sign. She didn't offer to make anything for me, or offer me any of the slim pickings in the case. Last time I checked, you serve the customer until you close. At the very least, you are friendly in your dealings with customers. This is the second time I have had this type of experience at this location. The first time was with the Cinnabon that is part of the same location. If I could give this place zero stars I would, horrible customer service.
