The place was unclean. Floors were Dirty, the place where the food was cooked looked greasy and not enough staff working. Suggest the owner be more hands on unless they just don't care.

Ordered lunch on APP, lunch hours start at 10:30. So we get here to pick up food and they say sorry it will be 20 minutes before we get our food, because they said they had to wait on grill to be pre heated. Ok that's fine but if lunch starts at 10:30 why wasn't the grill already preheated. It's been 35 minutes and still haven't gotten our food. This is such bull.

Ordered food thru the app, goto pick it up and told they are busy and it's gonna be a 20 minute wait. Insane! And absolutely NOT worth waiting for. Said im not waiting that long and I want a refund. Told to request it they the app or corporate! Have no idea how to do that, no assistance at all. Try calling the corporate number and all it does it's refer you to there non human interface, which says we'll get back w you in 24-48 hrs. Unacceptable!

Went there on lunch and it took forever when there were only 2 cars in from of me. Got a medium chicken sandwich meal and they gave me the smallest piece of chicken ever! Definitely not work $11 for this meal! Plus whatever garlic sauce is on here is too overpowering and shouldn’t be on top and bottom. Won’t be going back!!!
