We should honestly petition to get this location closed down. Nobody there from top to bottom is a good worker. They all suck. They’re all slow, and they all lie when it comes to having your food fresh. It’s honestly a laughing stock in a town that has nothing but fast food options. Fact of the matter is this store is declining which is why the north store gets more business BECAUSE the workers are so bad at the south one. Just stick to the north location, at least they don’t mess up whoppers which is the damn staple of the company

HORRIBLE PEOPLE! Very rude! They are always forgetting something, you ask for fresh food, they lie & tell you they just dropped the fries or “they just came up” but you end up getting double dipped greasy fries… STILL COLD! They forgot my French toast sticks, I called & couldn’t get what I had to say out because the lady said “your French toast sticks?” When I go up there to get it, she came to the window & told me “it’s gonna be a few minutes, I just dropped them” but goes right over to bag them & then it wasn’t hot at all, looks like they were just sitting there! I’m tired of wasting money at this place, they need to get it together!
Said they could not make any patties. Odd for burger king. Also they could not refund me. She said I'd have to do that through the app. Definitely feel robbed of my cash after that experience.
