This place is not good for pickup the load. We did pickup bunch of loads from here but always long wIt time. Some time product is not ready and have to cancel the load. 5 to 8 hour is normal wait time here. Someone will be lucky if get loaded on time.

Warehouse was easy to find, when parked at gate look on the building wall about the rear of your trailer for intercom. Staging area is on your right in the dirt lot, plenty of room. I was several hours early for my appointment and was sent to staging as expected. The people here are very friendly and professional, treated me with respect. About the time I began to get comfortable I was called to back in to a door. It took about an hour to load and the product was loaded straight and tall. The load arrived in PA still looking as it did when loaded. No problems !

Staff was very kind and friendly. Easy to find. Yard was a bit crowded but not to bad. Unfortunately they are going through some warehouse changes and did not have room for my product when I arrived. Had to wait nearly 5 hours to get unloaded, but hopefully it will be addressed in the near future. The staff was apologetic for taking so long at least.

As other drivers stated, they are kind and friendly folks. Additionally, when I got to my reciever after being loaded here, 2 pallets were completely toppled over. I supplied the load bars, but it appears that they never used them. Since they open, load, and seal the doors while you are docked, you cannot inspect the load.I had an unpleasant time at the receiver because of this, and of course, I was delayed in getting offloaded.Nice people cut corners, too.

This place is a big joke. The two ladies at the front desk are amazing but when it comes to unloading, expect to be here for four hours or more, I’ve been here three times already and been here for four hours more every delivery this will be my last delivery here.
