Love the pizza. Just don't like being shamed into a tip. I do tip but maybe the pizza king should pay more wages instead of shaming the customer.

Marion store has lost their ability to call themselves Domino's! Ordered online, 22-32 minutes, 50 minutes later they tell me at least 20 more minutes. I drove 20 miles to pickup pizza... going home hungry! It will be a long time before I try this again.

I called to place a pretty big order for pick up. The person I was contacted to was very difficult to talk to and understand I was on the phone trying to order for over 12 min and still didn't have my order placed everything I told him I wanted he had no clue what I was talking about and had to pause. It was very aggravating. After they attempt to read my order back to me it was still wrong and the person disconnected our call. I was beyond irritated at this point because the entire call was 18 min. Again still had nothing ordered. It would be nice if you were connected to a live person there in that store versus a call station.

We order pizza from this location every time we're in the mood for pizza. I have celiac disease and have never had any problems after eating their gluten-free pizza, although they can't guarantee cross contamination won't ever happen. So far, it did not in my case. It took a long time to get our pizza , they were exceptionally busy, pizza was not great. Usually, our pizzas are good this was not, lots of sauce and doughy.

It was terrible call the place an order on the the store's phone wasn't working right so it went to we put in our order and we got there to pick it up got it home it wasn't what we ordered took it back to get it made right they said they couldn't make it right but they can make us another pizza and for half the but couldn't redo the one they made and I don't think it was right or Fair they should have replaced the pizza that I ordered and made it right I also think I should have got price knocked off or another pizza made but I will never order anything from there or go back

So I call a Marion phone number for Domino's listed online. Instead of it going to Marion, it reroutes me to a call center somewhere in India, to a person who can barely speak English. (I can easily understand Indian accents bc I have many Indian friends here) I place my order, which takes the better part of 15 minutes for a call that should've taken about 2-4 minutes. I get the right store, even a confirmation #. I drive 15 miles one way to get the pizza, and they have NO RECORD of my order. THIS WAS THE 1ST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER TRY TO ORDER DUMBINOS.

I stopped in to get a quick supper. I was greeted by each employee working the front of the store. Service was quick ,I was updated through the process. When I placed my order, they asked for my name and used it throughout the process. Excellent staff, excellent food. Smelled so good I had my first slice in the parking lot.Kid-friendliness: There was an observation platform so children could observe the process, including spinning of the dough. The kids were paying close attention to that.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy entrance straight shot from the door, no turns to maneuver.
