Food was good, service was OUTSTANDING, very friendly and welcoming employees. Breadsticks are always a must have when coming here. Wasn't the cleanest, but we were there at a busy time and it was quite busy and the employees were very busy so that's understandable. Food came out pretty quickly and was nice and hot. Our Cashier suggestively sold me some Chocolate Cheesecake which was SO worth it! Will be back!

I went at about 8:00pm on a Sunday and there were no other customers in there at the time. As I parked to go in, I noticed a worker that was leaning on counter, on the customer side of the counter, talking with another worker and all of sudden as I parked he went to the worker side to get busy working it looked like. There was A BUNCH of tables all around in the place with plates and trash and food scattered around on them and trash and food all over the floor. I was a major mess. After I ordered and sat down to wait for my food, a worker all of sudden got busy cleaning the dining room. The food was ok, except I ordered breadsticks with mine and they didn’t include them with my food that they brought to my table until I asked them for them. Not a place I’ll ever go back to.

I used the drive thru, and there were two vehicles ahead of me who would not move up. After I placed my order and paid for it, I couldn't move. The line was backed up past the menu board. Perhaps a pullover area for to-go orders. Not everyone will place an order that requires the same amount of preparation time. However, the 4 cheese stuffed shells were excellent.

Spent thirty minutes waiting outside only to go inside and be told by the female that two workers (which walked right in front of our car with the bag of ravioli a dark hair woman and red haired man in black polos) ran to Walmart to get more. I asked for a refund and “they said they are cooking now”

There is a Lunch Special that almost everyone was buying, with halfsies of entres. And, it is fast, if you don't have much time. It is especially nice that they freshly shred Parmasean chese to top the entres. The one "blast from the past" that I miss is the 'Mitch touch'-- by the time I yeild and turn in for lunch, I am hungry... so I miss the guy who brings your breadsticks to you while you're waiting.Parking: There are two rows of parking surrounding the location, unshared by any other stores. I have never had to park elsewhere in my years of going there.Wheelchair accessibility: Having had to "do lunch" accompanied by someone in a wheelchair, I appreciate that the entry doors do not have the center column between them, so that, you have the option to open both doors to gain access if needed. Plus, the location is single level (no ramps).

The food was outstanding! The service and the people were superb! The dining area could have been a lot cleaner. The floor had not been recently vacuumed/cleaned. The tables weren't much better. We were there fairly early. So I'm thinking the closing crew are to blame for how dirty the dining area was. Team work guys, EVERYONE chips in to get the job done! The morning crew was pleasant and their preparation of food was well worth the items chosen to order and demolish.
I went their with my family and the food was amazing I absolutely enjoyed everything and everyone was nice a pleased all my needs I will definitely come back again I love this place all time favorite Italian restaurant ? the employees are super friendly and hard working I truly enjoy them and all they do amazing place to go their also not that expensive Fazoli’s is just a fantastic restaurant to go visit.
Ordered our food went to wait at our table and the place was absolutely filthy. Food ALL over the floor. Food was good (I was going to take it to go after seeing the place), and workers were nice.

My friend and I went to Fazolis in marion on 11/12/23 and we went anojt right as they opened around 11:00. The moment we stepped in I wanted to leave due to the place being Gross. The floors and tables were not cleaned obviously the night before. Crumbs every where. It was so bad that we wouldn't even use the metal utensils we asked for disposable silverware due to the dirtiness of the restaurant. Food was great dont get me wrong, but the cleanliness Is a huge factor as well.
Love me some bread sticks. All around good place to eat dinner.
