He has remodeled this place to look like it originally did (SUPER close) but I ordered a catfish sandwich and sweet potato fries. Amazing crunch on the fish and the sandwich was huge I had to unhinge my jaw so to speak to take a bite. The fries crunchy and a salty sweet flavor with carmel glaze and I think cinnamon. It was so good! I had lunch and dessert really. The sandwich was great but those sweet potato fries OMG I would go get a double order just to have. The owners are nice and sweet I'm glad their outside my building I can walk to get lunch. Very comfortable small and quiet atmosphere just what you need to relax on lunch. I will be back very soon!

Yo! Grant's Place is AMAZING! A simple burger with an amazing taste. And the fries are real a$$ potatoes! The fries were fresh cut just before they work cooked! Simply amazing. This is not a fast food joint, and I mean that in the nicest way! The food is definitely worth the wait.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Playlist was great. Cool arcade games and darts outside. We were told that they use fresh meat from the butcher everyday, never frozen, and you can tell. Genuinely the best burger I’ve ever eaten. We had a late lunch at about 2:30 and it was only us, but it would be busier around noon or six, your regular eating times. They even have a new soda float shed popping up in the back, so we’ll be back to try it for sure. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to eat here again.

Cheap and pretty good food, and good service. We ate outside, and the outside area really needs some cleaning, old ketchup was stuck to a some things. Certainly priced well.
