Inconsistent food quality. A few times we were not given white meat in our orders, just wings legs and thighs. This happened a few times before we decided to complain. The staff was apologetic and pleasant, but they had to call the manager at home. The manager said the chicken had to be brought back or no compensation. We live abut 7 miles away and had not thought to take the food back to the car. A staff member even stated he remembered my husband picking up the order and there was NO white meat at that time. Still no compensation from the manager. We could have just been given a dang free drink or SOMETHING, but this manager treated us like we were lying. We are working senior citizens that rarely complain to managers. I hope a silly piece of chicken was worth it to him.

KFC is nothing like it used to be. Everything good they had like wedges and popcorn chicken they no longer serve. Food is almost always cold. The so called Chicken Nuggets are lab printed poison. I'm done. Will never go to any KFC ever again. Just like with Pizza Hut your company is so ignorant and stupid that I'm glad your going out of business.

They got our order wrong, and when I called the person they were rude and didn't know what to do and to top it all off both my girlfriend and I got sick from the food.

Prettiest fanciest kfc on the outside I’ve ever seen. Nice dining room on the inside. Always good food. I’ve been to some gross kfcs in my lifetime so wanted to give this one high marks.
Stopped by for lunch while we got an oil change across the street. Service was great and fast! There were several delivery orders while we were there, and they seemed to get them completed very quickly.

They ran out of bone in chicken one day, waiting on the truck. Some of the customers couldn't understand it and raised Cain on the staff. They hung in there best they could, some of the other patrons and myself made light of the situation. The truck showed up just before we left. Sorry the staff had it rough. Kudos to them that survived.
