All the time i have the worst experience here i order a ice caramel macchiato and the machine nis broken two times the staff has bad mod horrible service i came to marion to visit my college student and always has a bad experience here i never come back here!!

I don't know of one person that's never eaten at a McDonald's, It may not be the healthiest food. But at least you can expect the same tasting food each time you eat there .

They don't fill the Fry boxes all the way up this is a problem and they don't put extra sauce on the buggers like you ask

I've been in as a dasher and a customers and they are usually fast, but not very friendly. I've had a few people ignore me on purpose after I politely tried to get their attention ("excuse me"). Especially as a dasher. I've seen other customers ask for things and get eye rolls and ignored as well. I think they need a lesson in customer service.

Stopped at the drive-thru for dinner. Not only was my order accurate (which isn't always the case at fast-food joints), but the service was top-notch. Very friendly and fast!
Stopped at McDonald’s a few minutes ago. Ordered a Mc double and well done fries. The fries were barely warm to the touch much less well done and the burger was cold. There’s something to be said for waiting in long lines at least your food is hot. I should’ve realize that when I was only the second car in line. This location definitely needs some help! I’m going to do my best to stay away from this location.

We went inside to eat in the dining room. Immediately my 9-year old saw a housefly. No biggie I thought, as there is an occasional fly in a lot of eating establishments. Then an elderly man in front of me orders. There are 3 flies on the back of his shirt. Camped there while he orders. Started to be concerned at this point. I see flies all about the kitchen and the 8 or 9 workers are oblivious to them. Where there are flies there are maggots.This store was in obvious need of an update. The wood on the exterior was rotting.The only plus side was the employees. They seemed to enjoy working there. The owner/franchisee needs to clean the place up. Who knows what health violation was lurking behind the scene.

Had coupon. She tried to charge over $15.00 when the correct amount was less than $7.OO. I had to go over each item to get her to understand. She was very rude.
