Went to the drive thru someone immediately burps over rthe speakers then doesn't say anything for 5 minutes I call to see if they're taking orders in. The drive thru and got screamed at by the "manager" definitely calling corporate 8:46 March 20th clearly an older African American lady claiming to be the manager, cussing out customers for trying to order food like really?

Honestly this particular McDonald's is probably the best around Grant County. And I would've loved to send 5stars across the board but there is a lot of young kids/adults getting there toes wet here as there first job. Because of the inexperienced it causes it to suffer here and there but overall still the #1 McDonald's in Grant County.Parking: The entire parking lot is due for a (mill and repaved)

I got an iced coffee tasted like water asked for it to be remade. Remade it just for it to tasted like water again do better or get better
I asked to have fresh fries, no salt and a fresh mcchicken sandwich, and they were both cold. They asked me to pull forward in wait I did and when they brought them out .they were still lukewarm. In despite all of this, when I asked you could tell that the person taking the order was not very decent.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this McDonald’s was the slowest around Marion and surrounding county’s. Night shift is very slow and don’t pull people to the curb even though there are 3-4 slots open meant to get the customers in and out of the drive thru . I shouldn’t be sitting behind a family of 4 for 10-15 minutes that ordered 4 meals and I only got a McDouble.
