Food was hot and fresh.Employee did not love their job and didn't hide it. But, that seems to be the way of customer service these days.

Went thru the drive-thru. They took my money then asked me to pull around. The cashier then thru the ticket in the trash and forgot I existed. After waiting 20 minutes I went back thru the drive-thru. She didn't even remember me ordering. The manager kept trying to make my order after I asked for a refund. I had to tell him 6 times that I just wanted a refund. He finally agreed, but apparently had no idea how to do that. Ended up spending another 20 minutes at the drive-thru window just waiting to get my money back for food I never received.

Our drive thru order of Mushroom Chicken bowl today was pitiful! Monday Nov. 13th at 12noon we got home and the mushroom chicken had only three pieces of chicken in it. $8 for this bowl is wrong. We won't be coming back. You should get what you pay for.

When my kids and myself can agree on a place this is one we can agree on. In the last week we have had dinner here and I have came for lunch too. Dinner we ate in the restaurant and it was clean, staff was helpful and nice. We didn’t have a long wait inside so that was a plus with kids. Lunch time was little busy and I did do the drive through but, I had a little bit of a wait chow mein had a 5-7 minute wait. With it being busy inside and outside I understand the wait. Overall food was hot and delicious. I got the “new” spicy shrimp for lunch and it was spicy but yummy. For dinner I got the sweet honey walnut shrimp and chow mein definitely being my favorite. I also tried the spicy beef also very delicious being a top favorite. Kids got orange chicken, rice and noodles and they loved it. Only thing they wished eas different was that the l chow mein noodles could come without the veggies and be an option. We all got crab rangoons those were not my favorite but not bad. And we loved our fortune cookies that make for a fun treat at the end. Overall great place for a family dinner or a quick meal on the go.Vegetarian options: Noodles, rice , veggiesParking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Kids love it. Kid meals

Food definitely not as fresh tasting as a regular restaurant. Dishes had a sour taste to them like something artificial.

Food and service good. Sometimes, there is a wait for popular dishes. It is very light, clean and pleasant.

The food had been sitting in the warmer. For quite some time, the chicken was chewy, not fresh. When I ask to speak to a manager? They told me one was not available. No one would want to listen.

We stopped I last Sunday night at 7:30. Yes they close at 8:30.The sign on the door stated they were out of fried rice. When we got to the counter, they were also out of noodles, and were told we could have rice as a side. They still had some greens available, but the wete old, and unappetizing. When we looked further down the bar, there were several empty clean serving dishes set out. Many food items were dried out and unappealing. We turned around and walked out. An hour before closing, and not a bite of etable food available. If they want to clise down ay 7:30, then they should close the door at 7:30. Left us with such a disappointing impression of the place
