99% of the time, they get my order perfect and there is nothing to complain about. And I go here pretty consistently. But I order and pick it up, so I don't deal with delivery. The only criticism I have is how glitchy the website is when adding ingredients to stuff. But the deals are normally pretty good online, so it's worth it.

I spent $50+ to have "NO CONTACT DELIVERY" only to have to figure out why my delivery driver waited to deliver the food. She said that she called (I wasn't expecting a call so my phone stays on Do Not Disturb). She said that I needed to sign the receipt for the order. I said that I had a "NO CONTACT DELIVERY" & for some reason the manager said that they need a signature because people call and say that they didn't get the order.Something needs to be changed about this. No contact means NO CONTACT!And the food isn't that great. After a year of not getting anything from the store they STILL don't understand extra cheese. And why does it take an hour and a half to fix and deliver in a small city?!

Terrible service. Ordered a plain cheese pizza and a cookie pizza and it took an hour and a half to get to my house. I tried to call the store both time they immediately put me on hold and never answered. when I got the pizza it wasn't cut all the way and was done sloppily. Was also just told by a friend who used to work there that they have cockroaches...lost my service...

Sorry, but its kinda hard to mess up pizza.Pizzas were undercooked/ doughy or food smashed when delivered. Or the wrong order. Not the best but better than the little Ceasars dwn the road.

Everything I did receive was mostly crust with very little toppings. The picture is of the cheese sticks. The center the only part with cheese. Under it is raw dough and on top is more grease than a deep fryer. I called and was told very rudely that's how they make it. I then messaged corporate and didn't get a reply. Then when I picked up the box to get rid of it the bottom gave out. This is the worst papa johns store I've ever ordered from and I've ordered from alot of stores in different places. Until I moved to Marion I only ordered pizza from papa johns. I order out at least once a week and spend over $50. It won't ever be from this papa johns again. Guess I'll have to wait until I go out of town to get it again.

Went in , ordered pizza, wings, bread sticks and was told it'll be ready in 15 to 20 minutes so I sit down inside and waited and it was ready in that amount of time, employees were super nice and store looked clean, this was Sunday Dec 3rd around 730
