I’ll stop and get coffee every single morning before I start my day. These ladies are the first people I speak to… They are so warm and genuine and fun! They know my name when I walk in the door… Half the time they have my coffee done and made before I’ve even made my order. Shadeland, Catherine, jazz, Alex, mera, and even the manager Saram? I don’t know how to spell her name!! But these ladies make my day special! They really help start the day off right!!! Thank you so much ?Parking: It stays soooo busy here!! They hardly have time to make any real connection

I picked up my pre-ordered oatmilk gingerbread chai latte through the drive through. First sip I knew it wasn't right. I went into the store, after taking 2 of us to just get the door open, to fix my order. I walked to the register and explained something is missing. It tasted like chai and milk with a hint of Cinnamon. She explained that it's probably because the flavor is only in the foam. I have had this at least 5 times and know what it's supposed to taste like. She flippetly said... we are remaking it. The gentleman making it was obviously annoyed. I am now miserable and I'm sure real milk was used instead of oatmilk. It still didn't taste right. I'm extremely lactose intolerant. So disappointed. I know we all have bad days but that is no reason to be rude to your costumers.

This Starbucks refuses to allow people to drink from a straw. I guess they want to save turtles, but how am I supposed to drink a Frappuccino otherwise? The attitude that you get from the workers when you finally make eye contact long enough to politely ask for a straw is crazy, they are really angry that people would like a straw after buying a $7 drink. I love that people want more for the environment, but the cups that come with these drinks have more plastic than the straws we need to drink them from and if you're going to treat people horribly for needing one with the other maybe don't work for the company that makes them in the first place.I wanted to add here that they specifically hide their straws from customers and put it behind the counter so that customers have to ask for one, and when you do ask for one they are not kind at all about it.

I wish I never went here for coffee. I went in and asked for a small hot coffee with cream and sugar add extra cream. They took 30 min to even start to make it. I came in at 9:55am and left by 10:44am they finally gave me my coffee and it was awful so I waited patiently to get to the counter, i told the guy how awful it was and i am not mad but I'dbe really appreciative if i could have a new one. He told me my order was complicated and thats probly why it was awful. [Its literally 2 ingredients, people who drink starbucks have such complicated orders. It took so long I finally asked where my new coffee was. The girl at the counter said I quote (to be honest I don't even see your order)I then said the guy standing right there took my order and said it would be ready shortly. (my remake coffee) she took my 40 min old cup of coffee and dumped it to use it to make a new coffee even though the cup was all disintegrated from being in there for so long. After I got it it was so cold and so burnt I just left so I didn't waste anymore time there.
We moved here from San Diego and have been to a lot of Starbucks. This one is by far the best I've ever been to. The drinks and food are made consistently which is great but their customer service is THE BEST! They are always incredibly friendly. Thank you!

Waited over 45 minutes for a lemonade!! Did a mobile order so I could not get a refund or I would have left! Ridiculous!! I will not be back.
