Ordered pizza at 6pm, called back at 8 pm they said it was on the way, but I never got it. When I called to complain the next day all the lady had to say she doesn't give away free food. I use to love Tu Your Door too, but this was very bad customer service!!!!

I paid $30 and got the wrong order, food was cold, fries were soggy and my onion rings were burnt. Then when I called to speak to someone in charge about the mishap they literally REFUSED to get on the phone. And hung up on me. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and nasty. Definitely unacceptable.

The food is always great. The Pizza is the best in town when it's hot. Their fried chicken tastes like a mom's home cooking. I give their ribs a 4 and a half stars. They're always busy so it's best to pick up your order or be prepared to wait a while for your food to be delivered. They lose a star because the inside of the restaurant could be more clean. There was dust on the air duck inside above where the pizza was prepared. When I was paying there was a drip above me from the air duct. I noticed a crack in the floor leading into the kitchen area. If these things are addressed I would give them 5 stars.

Order 2 tenderloins with everything plus dexlue and only got mayo lettuce and tomato and when I called back the lady was rude on the phone and hung up on me 3 times this place really need to fire her this is not the first time this has happened they served me raw hamburger meat and I got sick from
