Come here if you want to wait 20 minutes for the wrong order. I've never been to a place that consistently gets the order so wrong. It's a 50/50 shot you get what you paid for.

Living so close to this Arby's, we visit it frequently. However, the night manager is very unprofessional. Cussing my young teenagers out because they rang up the order incorrectly! No more for Arby's in Memphis. I have witnessed this behavior from this individual several times. Cussing employees and customers out. I'm done.

Drove here after attempting the Sellersburg Arbys. Out of items. Food was cold. Fries were 3/4 full. Sadly the Arby’s franchise is failing its customers. Disappointing. We will go somewhere other than Arby’s for now on.

Only reason I put four is guy was making sandwich stead wrap. But as soon as I mentioned the team quickly took care of it b4 was completed. After I had worked at one years ago for 6 years I can understand getting in rush. I always try stop thru here as a truck driver now.
