Went to the establishment on 3/8/24 at 7pm, I came in and ordered a drink from the bar. The bartender had a bad attitude. I then went to go sit with the rest of my party. The waiter took our order at 7:15 that’s when I ordered my to go order. The check came out at 9:20pm. My to go order never showed up and I then had to wait an additional 20 mins for my to go order. When I received my to go order all my order was not in the bag. I then asked to speak to the manager. He was no help at all I asked him for his name and the apple bees 1800 number. His response was we don’t have a 1800 number everything is done on line. I had to ask for his name twice in order to receive his name which is Mr. Harris. He was not wearing a name tag. When he came to speak to me, he never apologized and he stood there arrogantly. He never even said hello may I help you. So nonprofessional.

After having a horrible experience at the VALPO Applebees , my wife and I used a gift card at this location . I was completely surprised how great the service was the manager Al was super attentive working hard cleaning table, refilling drinks I am not use to seeing such great team work . My waitress Tabitha was amazing ! She was kind and attentive. My food come out so fresh and hot ! The steak was really good I will eat at this location again !

Manager Liz should be fired. My family and I went for dinner and had the absolute worse food, rude manager Liz had terrible customer service and the atmosphere was was tense and unsettling. Our server Lesley was awesome but in training. Employees walked out and quit. The cook quit so we had no idea who prepared the disgusting food. Was served raw chicken wings that my 2yr old niece started to eat on. 3 other families walked out and loudly voice their displeasure with the food and service. Lis gave only apologies, just ridiculous. Total disappointment and will never return to this location.
They are getting Worser And Worser Sold me Burnt Ribs. The cooks are horrible definitely won’t be returning to this location.
