My husband and I visited around 3:00 pm on a Sunday. There was only two other couples in the entire restaurant. We sat at the bar and ordered beer and two sandwiches. While eating, my husband realized the cheese on his cheeseburger was covered in the paper that separates the slices. We brought it to the attention of one of the servers. She took my husband’s plate back to the kitchen to redo the order. It took forever. My food was finished, so we asked for the sandwich to go. They finally brought the burger out but not side of tots that came with it. We then had to wait another 15 minutes for those. For that great experience we paid $60. No apology from the manager or anything else. Stay far away from this place.

The burger was delicious! The fries are amazing!! Our waitress Kayleigh was amazing!! Great job with your limited menu! The atmosphere was okay compared to other Bar Louie’s I’ve been to. No music ?

I've tried this location several times and the service is consistently TERRIBLE. I've been several other Bar Louie locations and have never experienced a problem with the service. It took forever for our server to come take our drink order and even longer to bring our drinks. It was not busy at all, so I'm not sure what the problem was. After we finally go our drinks, our fun night was interrupted by a physical altercation that involved a guest and the manager. It also appeared that some of the kitchen staff joined in!

I was having a really bad day so I stopped here for lunch and it was the best choice ever. My bartender Marika made me a “diva” and her customer service was superb. Thank you and I will definitely be coming again.!

Horrid service. This is the second time in a week I’ve visited not to be greeted or served at the bar. If you’re short staffed, the greeting goes an even longer way with a customer. The first time I was with my wife, the second time alone. I didn’t want to accept the first poor experience because I had been coming here often before COVID. This place is horrible. They barely had anything listed on the menu. I asked for my burger to be cooked medium and grilled onions, they cooked it well & topped with raw onions. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Female bartender came over and slammed her hands on the bar saying I had to order from the table server. she was referring to another group from the wedding that sat at a table in the bar area. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience and customer service I have ever had in my life. Went there after a wedding this past Saturday October 2nd. Some people who were from the wedding sat at a table. I didn't know but one person at the table. The bartender told my friend and husband we had to order from the server at the table. I didn't want to be on a tab with a bunch of people I didn't know, I wasn't sitting at that table, and there were no more seats available at the table even if I wanted to. My friend asked the male bar tender if he was busy and he said no, she told me to go order from him. I went up to the bar. Sat down at a chair and before I could even order the woman bartender came over slapped her hand down on the bar and said she can't order from you she has to order from the table server. I told her I'm not talking to you and I want to place an order from the bar and start a tab. She started yelling telling me I couldn't, that's how the server makes money, etc. My friend and I asked to speak to a manager. She slammed her hands on the bar again and said she was the "boss of the bar". At this point it's a screaming match between all three of us and she tells me "Shut up your drunk B****!" I will not lie but I was furious and strangers were getting up between us. She was taken to the back and another female worker came out and started screaming at us too. We talked to the supposed "manager" that night and he said he was sorry for her actions. I was actually surprised that he didn't kick us out which makes me think this type of behavior is common. I told him you are losing a ton of money tonight because everyone that wanted to continue celebrating from the wedding including the bride and groom are not leaving and will take our business elsewhere. He just kept saying he was sorry and that was it. Needless to say our whole party left and will never go back there. They need to fire that bartender for sure. I have never heard where I have to be forced to order from a table that I am not even sitting at. I would also be mad if I was the other bartender because you just took money from him as well.
