After purchasing 2 extra large rib tips for a repass. When I got to the repass, I told the people that this was the best rib tips in northwest Indiana. After eating the ribs tips I was so embarrassed, there was so much fat on the rip tips. There was piles of fat on people plates, then people started mocking me the best rib tips in northwest Indiana. I don’t know what happened with there services.

I got wings, two sides, turkey tip dinner and peach cobbler. The fried wings and turkey tips was good. But those sides had to be the nastiest sides I ever had. The macaroni had no flavor at all! It was nothings but unsalted noodles and some cheese. The spaghetti was trash!!! The sides went in the garbage! The peach cobbler was cold ( like at least warm it up or something) if u decide to go just skip the side’s altogether

Customer service sucks! Older guy that takes orders is very rude and lacks everything about professionalism...definitely ruined my appetite, and this was my first time here.

This was my first time at Collins barbecue. Service was not the best. The dressing was awesome but I didn’t enjoy the (canned) candy yams or cabbage I ask for an exchange and Mr collins shrugged his shoulder and stated they don’t do that. I wasted 10 dollars of my meal. And the owner didn’t care if it was my first time nor the quality of the food. I’m sorry I will not be going back.

Came to this establishment looking for some good turkey tips, unfortunately they weren't available this day. For reference I only stay not even a whole ten minutes away, when I received the bag it was barely warm. Upon arriving home, food was barely warm as if was reheated. Paid almost $30 for these disappointing turkey tips, but the bread I paid for was piping hot and good

Collins has great food. They unfortunately don't take call ins which sucks. Because I have 30 minutes for lunch and was ordering for multiple people. Hopefully that will change. However they were nice enough one time to accept a call in from one of my coworkers.

The owner is very Rude to customers! Will not recommend to no body!! Prices are also to high for the amounts of food given. Poor customer service, clearly Collins don’t appreciate his customers. The food is not fresh. You can’t even smell it cooking at allWheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. No handicap parking spots close to entrance. Regular parking is close to entrance
