Employees are always inconsiderate and rude. Idk if it's the same lady or not but I'll literally order something listed from the menu and she'll act so offended like "we don't even have that. I don't even know what you're talking about" instead of sorry were out of that today or that was seasonal. Something to explain why it's listed on the menu but you're saying it never existed?? I've worked in a fast food industry for four years and I know its frustrating but there's absolutely no reason for the attitude of the employees here. There is clearly zero customer service training. They don't look at you or say anything when they hand you your food. They shut the window in your face. Worst drive thru experiences are made here

It's a nice place. It's clean and convenient and the service is good and the people are nice.The only downside about this place is that they need to order more chocolate frosted cake donuts ? I've been there six times, and five of those times, they had none of these donuts. If they are that good of a seller, order more.

The ice coffee I ordered was fine, the everything bagel was so stale it made my jaw sore. I asked the lady that was working if the bagels were fresh and she said they had been made that morning, after eating one I don't believe her.

I’ve been here multiple times and probably my last at this location. The customer service is terrible they are short staffed and just not a good DD. If I were you I would go to a better location. Terrible experiences here they have to step up employees and management.

Even tho I managed a SB, Dunkin is my go to. However, this one is terrible, we haven't gotten a coffee right since moving here. While my SB order is complicated my Dunkin one is basic and it's never right.
