The ambience of the restaurant and the customer service was amazing. For that, I wanted to love the food but I didn't. It wasn't that flavorful even though it was presented well.
This is the 4th in the chain of El Jimador Restaurants. What I have found is that the food is not consistent in flavor and taste. I am not sure if they have several chefs/cooks or just one or two, but the food flavor again is not consistent. I am a lover of Mexican food and have been disappointed on the last two visits to the restaurant.Praying it gets better!!

If I could I would have gave this restaurant 10 stars on all categories. The Food was amazing as always! Tonight I dined in and had the pork tostdas swiss dinner. Every bite was divine. Flavorful through and through. The perfect combination ratio of meat, to cheese to trimmings! The service was also great from the moment I walked in until I left.
