Most of the time they are closed for unknown reasons. I love their subs but they aren't always available. What's up Jimmy John's? They also have a great new cookie that is always out. I asked for a cold one so I could take it home and nuke it myself. That works!Vegetarian options: Vegies and cheeses. Variety of sauces .

Placed order around 12:08 pm and had to call at 1:25pm to ask where food was. Answered the phone very casual and never identified as Jimmy Johns. When asked where the order was acted like I was bothering them. I called because the app said it was delivered. Finally, they called driver and said oh they are on Broadway, so should be coming. Um, Broadway is a very long road. It was 10 or 15 more minutes for them to come. Do not order from here.

I tried jimmy john’s last night for the first time, I’m very disappointed the sandwich was horrible and the young lady at the cashier showed very poor and rude customer service, I will stick with subway.

I called this location inquiring about a donation for a local nonprofit agency in area . Nicole proceeded to tell me that she will give the owner the message but he probably won’t call , because he doesn’t donate unless you do business with them on the regular. First of all we do 2nd never in my life have I heard anything so rude . I asked for owners name she said she couldn’t give it out , laughed and hung up . Wow. !!! She also said cooperate can’t do anything because they are a Franchise. Rude & disgusting

I ordered one sandwich and a pop. It hasn't arrived at my door yet and it's been 2 hours. I wouldn't recommend the Merrillville store. Apparently the guy delivering is a guy on a bicycle with one leg.

It's very hit and miss here regarding the service. Most of the time the employees mumble, don't communicate clearly, and just seem like when you are there to spend money you are bothering them. But they do have a couple good ones.

Ordered a catering box for Super Bowl and this is what they gave me! Absolutely ghetto, unprofessional, and unsanitary. The Manager was rude when I mention that I would’ve like to have been contacted once they realized they ran out of catering boxes so I could’ve chose a different location maybe or just left them wrap normally. She hung up on me and I contacted Corporate and the owner of the store has yet to reach out. Absolutely ridiculous.
