Went through the drive thru, ordered 12 piece chicken nuggets and fries, diet coke. Paid 10.69. I get back to work, open the box wrong order. Called to tell them about the mistake, the worker told me to bring the food back and she'll give me the correct order. No, I'm sorry/ no credit/ just attitude. You can barely see receipt so highlighted it...clearly says 12piece nuggets. Not giving them no more of my business.

Didnt even get to order. Stood in the lobby and waited for somebody, anybody to take my order. I got ignored but the drive thru was going. The Mgr lookes me right in the face and said/did nothing. Orders on the dove they were being taken, prepared and given our no problem. Why not just close the lobby if U not going to service the patrons that walk in?

After the dreadful experience at the Hobart KFC, we tried this location. This will now be our go to store. Hot, fresh and a twelve piece order fully assembled correctly in less than five minutes. A very clean store comma too.

HOW YOU GONNA JUST GIVE ME SOMETHING I DON’T WANT AND BC YALL WERE TO LAZY TO COOK ANYTHING!!! THIS IS AT 5:30pm on 9th in Broadway on 8/5/23!! ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE TO OUT RIGHT LIE TO A CUSTOMER AS WELL AS WELL AS NOT BEING PREPARED!!! ALSO TOOK HIS MONEY OFF HIS CARD KNOWING WHAT HE ORDERED! GAVE A REFUND AND SAID IT WILL BE BACK ON THE RIGHT AWAY!!! DID’NT HAPPEN!! WHAT IF THAT WAS ALL WE HAD TO FEED OUR CHILDREN FOR THAT DAY!!! I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO FEED THEM!!!
