Old Chicago - oh boy- tried to be seated 2 nights in a row only to be told it was 30 mins. This is after waiting 10 mins for a hostess to even be found. Place is dirty- floors - tables waiting to be cleaned. The bartender is overwhelmed as I wanted to seat 10 people - said no problem - waited 10 mins for her to come over when ahe did she said she needed a couple of minutes. We walked out. Feel bad for the workers as it seems management just left them stranded. Place is closing - prob a good thing

I visited a couple days ago and I had the pleasure of having orman (forgive me if I misspelled his name) serve us, he was just a breath of fresh air. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and honestly his attitude set a standard for me in which I would like to see in other wait staff when I dine out. I just wanted to highlight him and I hope the message gets passed along. His bright attitude and pleasant conversation really turned my day around. I am very grateful to have been taken care of by such a caring and respectful individual. The food on the other hand was not so great. It was a bit lukewarm. The stars are for Orman thanks again!

Terrible. Spent 17 dollars for the pizza buffet. The buffet included a salad The buffet was a joke one pizza sausage and pepperoni on it. Could of gotten better from the grocery store. What buffet only gives you one choice of pizza ? By the way I was the only customer in the restaurant

We had come to Crown Point on business and decided to try this place out. Have never been to an Old Chicago since we live several hours away. It sits back off the road and seems quiet and cozy. If first impressions are the most important, then our host Orman nailed it! He greeted us with a warm smile and charm. He made us feel like he'd known us forever! Orman seems to take great pride in his work and in making others happy! He was very attentive and helpful... my wife asked about her food allergy and he went back to the kitchen to talk to the cooks and personally checked some food labels to report back with. We placed our order (my wife a small pizza andI got the Buffalo Chicken roll ups). Our food came out piping hot and fresh (served with Orman's contagious smile). Since the tomato sauce didn't agree with my wife's allergy they used a garlic butter as a base, along with a heavy smear of Ricotta and some veggies. My rolls had plenty of filling in them and my salad was fresh. Our food was delicious and filling. Overall, our experience here was very enjoyable and we are glad we stopped in for some yummy food and, of course, Orman's service!

Highly disappointed and scammed. I've been ordering a long time and this place is always awesome. PAID One pizza pepperoni sausage mushroom extra cheese.....not even close to extra cheese....less cheese than a normal cheese pizza.....PAID other small pizza fresh mozzarella and pepperoni added.....there is zero fresh mozzarella.....HERE are the pictures and proof. Pizzas and receipt. May try them one more time but not sure yet may not order again this is complete scamming. Not to mention the outrageous $47.32 price. Look at my receipt and pictures.

I've been a fan of Old Chicago for years, always have great size portions and tasty food.. that's not the case anymore. We were one of 2 tables and had to wait 5 minutes to get seated.. I actually went to the bar to get help and was seated after another extended wait.. The excuse was there was no hostess.. got seated and ordered my meal which took forever to get the food... when our appetizer arrived it came right along with the main meal. Was quite entertaining listening to the 2 of the staff talking about how they were arrested and each of their K-9 dog experience.. I will never visit this restaurant again..

We are from Tennessee so of course my husband being a meat lovers fan had to try the thick Chicago 7 pizza added some extra meat and a order of the cheesesteak rolls.Both was freshly made, and was delicious ?We will definitely return .

The address was messed up with delivery, order was through the restaurant but somehow became a door dash, so the driver couldn't deliver to the correct address without consulting with door dash for safety reasons, which is understandable but I contacted the restaurant with no help. After going through that and finally receiving my order it wasn't up to par pizza is extra dough little sauce and toppings spread around looks nothing like the pictures. I'm from out of town and expected better but if you're around this area go with pizza hut or Papa John's for the price. If it happens to become a door dash make sure to hook your driver up extra for the hassles they go through.
Food is usually good. Huge tap selection. Today got two pizzas with garlic and two beers. The pizza was covered in raw garlic.They did reach out and offer a refund which I appreciated.Went back to use the refund. Got chicken tenders. Black burned, dry, full of grease and no fries. That’s it for me. Just overall bad.Really nice bartender though.

This is a very nice Pizza and Bar food restaurant. We had a very nice waiter. It was very clean on the inside and the service was fast. They had a good selection of Gluten Sensitive meals. The cauliflower crust pizza was very tasty. We also had Nathan Crust pepperoni pizza that the guys really enjoyed. This will be one to keep on our list to visit again!

It used to have decent food. Went recently and got pepperoni and garlic, but the garlic was raw and covered the entire pizza. I'm not usually one to complain but if you have people who've have never made a pizza, please keep them from making a pizza. Beer and bartender was amazing but I've never seen a pizza made so piss poorly.

First the good, the burger was DELICIOUS. It was a cheddar burger with a garlic aioli. It was juicy and delicious. The ok, we ordered a small boneless wings. They were nothing special, but the sweet smoky sauce was very good. Now the bad. I ordered the Detroit Deep Dish pepperoni. There was very little sauce and it was all in the middle (very few pepperoni pie es as well). The crust was good, but there was an old oil taste on 1/2 of it. Overall I would NOT get the pizza again.

Service was not the greatest, the food was not worth no two hundred dollars for six people. Dishes were all greasy, then top it off there was a hair in one of the pizzas. Celebrating my bday there was definitely the wrong choice. Will not ever go again.
