Came in tonight and it took awhile to get our drinks. The bread, salad and soup was good, soup was hot. Ordered the bone in rib eyes and it took two hours by the time we came, ate and left. The thing that bothered me the most is when you pay 32 dollars for a bone in ribeye you expect a quality steak. Ours were full of gristle and thin and came out luke warm with the potatoes. They had to microwave the steak. The server offered us dessert but by that time we were done. With all the quality steak houses in the area I would go to them. If you order salad and soup you should be good. lol

Front desk host was seating customers and the servers were literally not realizing us sitting there for a good 25-30mins. No Hi,I'll be with you in a minute or anything. No drinks or anything. We almost got up and left but I got the hosts attention. People behind us made a complaint as well and it's jist definitely a bad day for outback. Today is not ran professionally!

We had to ask the waitress for bread after 20 minutes of sitting there. We also had to ask to order appetizers. I ordered a steak, medium, the food took at least 40 minutes to come out and when it did it was cold and the steak was way overdone. I saw other tables having issues with the steaks too. I won't be returning, horrible experience.

Used to love this place. It's not what it once was. Got the steak and lobster with a bowl of French onion soup. The waitress said she would bring our drinks and bread right over. It had to be at least 20 minutes before we got either. The lobster was mushy and the onion soup was about half full with most of the cheese stuck to the outside of the bowl. We got the distinct feeling that the server felt like 2 middle-aged women that ordered water and 1 ordered a pop wasn't worth her time because we weren't gonna tip well enough.....because we weren't drinkers. The waitress didn't even do anything but take our orders. They had a girl busser bring the food and refills. I don't think her and the waitress got along very well because she practically threw my refill on the table! Too many places in Indiana to go and spend our money. We won't be back anytime soon.

Update. Gave them another try. Order was correct. Food cooked right. All things asked for...received. only complaint? The Kookaburra wings were literally the TINIEST WINGS I've seen in my life. Laughable. Outback was once known for big juicy wings. Someone needs to fix this. Unacceptable.

This is the worst dining experience we've had in quite a while. After not visiting for a couple of years since our last experience was so awful, we thought we'd give it another shot because it was once one of our favorite steak places. We called ahead for my husband's birthday an hour before. Upon arrival, I'm pretty positive they did not have us in the computer. We were told 20 mins, we said that was fine as we were waiting for one more person to arrive. After nearly 40 mins and people with the same numbers in their parties being sat ahead of us, I decided to check. I was told they were waiting on a big enough table for our party of 4. Finally got to a table, waited another 10-15 mins for anyone to come to the table to take our drink order. We were ready for everything at that point. Took another 10 mins for drinks, 20 mins for apps and bread. Soup actually came first. Ran out of drinks multiple times, took 15 mins to refill my water. When I asked for the girl who brought things to the table for a refill (not our server) she was clearly bothered. When we finally got our ribeye steaks, they were horribly sinewy, could hardly chew it, they were only cooked to medium, so that wasn't the issue. We had a to go order, that took an additional half hour. We were not regularly checked.on, stuff was left off the plates, food sucked, service sucked. Needless to say, we will not back. Do better.

The waiter could not have been slower, he brought our drinks fairly quickly and then was more interested in talking to the customer at the bar than waiting on us. We spent over an hour for a hamburger. We finally had to get up and search for him to ask for our bill. I could understand this delay if he was busy. He only had two tables, and 1 buddy at the bar. We probably won't be back.
There was no wait on a weekend . Which was nice food was not too bad . Would say go to spot if in a hurry or trying to catch a movie afterwards .

Prime rib sandwich didn't fair up to my expectation, temp of received not up to par. It was very dry, not well done and unseasoned. I soaked it with Au jus liquid. Bun top was too hard to bite. The drink wasn't good or tasty or appealing. I usually don't drink but tried it. I won't do that again. We will probably never come back not based on service but a waste of $54. 11 and we still tipped $10 above 18%.
