Very bad experience. Ordered mushrooms, Italian beef, fries, 1 lb shrimp, dozen wings. Total was over $70.00!!! Order arrives, no tartar sauce after I explicitly told them we need 3 or more. No French fries after I was told that an order was enough to feed 3 people. Ordered dozen bone in wings. Got dozen boneless. Called to complain got offered a $5.60 coupon on next order. No thanks!! No wonder this place has to go door to door offering coupons on your front door. Food was not even close to quality of Rosatis.

We were the only customers in the dining room tonight and couldn't get waited on because the football game was on. Each employee present was sitting down watching the game and no one was able to get us plates, napkins, refills or anything else we needed and never received. Food was not worth the price.

Had a group of friends from out of town come visit found this place in yelp sounded decent from the reviews so we went to try it walking in on a Saturday at 5:30 and it being empty should have been our first red flag Unfortunately this has been the worst Italian resource have been to in a long time service was slow and forgetful, Forgetting one of my party members multiple times it became a joke at the table most times I'd understand if it was a busy night lots of people it was a dead restaurant on Saturday night my table and 2 other small party's 5-9 people it looked like We ordered pizza bread as an appetizer it came out ice cold not being dramatic it was cold supper cold sent it back the one that came out was warm so we ate it Good was ordered we waited an hr and a half for the food to come out to be meet with flavorless room temperature food My wife got eggplant parm the eggplant was so soggy it was basically a noodle at that point no crisp at all left on the eggplant we sent it back and my wife got taco bell later. I got backed mostaccioli noodles where a little over cooked for my liking but that's most Italian restaurant in this area so no problem with that I get the need to cater to everyone but the sauce was flavorless the meatballs where okay good texture soft but again not a lot of flavor One of our part members sent her food back also and spent the rest off the night throwing up and gagging her food was gross and weird using her words The party member who was forgotten multiple times was asked to remind the waitress on what he ordered after we all received our food his Italian beef was okay he said but his fries where very undercooked All and all not sure where the problem lies here either bad management ,poor training ,or a bad cook crew , In any event this place will not be on my radar and I'll go back to forgetting it exists it will be a bad dream for us

Wow. The deep dish was so delicious. The bread to sauce to cheese ratio is ideal. The sauce has a little sweetness so it's perfect with red pepper flakes.We also got a regular crust pizza and no regrets. Chunk sausage had tons of flavor and again the ratiossssss were perfect... no extra anything needed!Fried ravioli was the cherry on top. Served with a red sauce / marinara... no regretsWe will be back

This is a nice little hidden gem. The pizza we ordered was a large sausage and jalapeño pizza. Didn't have to order order it with extra sauce as they know how to make a good pie! Cooked to perfection , crust was nice and crisp ! Highly recommended!

The sweet sauce is the best part. Don’t change a thing.UPDATE: this location has fell off tremendously! My order was wrong twice in a row, some times that signature taste is off and another couple orders was way over cooked. I will not be visiting this location anymore.
