I would like to know why the Panda Express in Merrillville NEVER includes condiments with the Doordash orders! That is the most annoying thing ever.I intentionally avoid ordering Panda because of this issue!...as do many others from what I know.Please, fix this!!

The service was the worst I’ve ever received. Everyone in this establishment was very rude and even though I had placed an online order it was made last and came cold. I had to wait 20+ minutes on an online order and watched as other customers were coming and going with their food. Overall a terrible panda and the worst I’ve been too.

Got grilled teriyaki chicken and it’s nasty. I don’t know about you, but it looks so unappetizing I just couldn’t eat it, so I threw it out. Ordered pickup so didn’t see til I got home, but the meat was ALL nasty and rubbery/fatty in the chicken. Not paying this price for this food.

Just ordered lunch for 13 coworkers for Horizon Camp fundraiser. Panda Express did a great job getting the 1 group order (7) and then others that ordered on line directly. Next time I might break down the group orders into smaller orders. Food was good and order was correct. Thanks for supporting Horizon Camp.

Came here about two hours ago and order a strawberry Fanta, it had a very weird taste to it, next thing you know I’m breaking out in hives.Had to go to the ER with an allergic reaction.
Portions and boxes have gotten smaller while prices went up. Aswell the last few times I've gone they mess it up.

These people are as slow as snails when it comes to Uber Eats pickups. They don't want to help you. They're extremely slow. They look at you about 10 times but will not help you. I will never ever ever, as an Uber Eats delivery driver, step foot in this Panda Express again. There is a particular black man in this store who looks to be maybe in his early twenties who is very rude and he does not help you at all. I have 100% chalked it up to rudeness and prejudice.
