Floor dirty, trays dirty, tables dirty, restroom back, food was Luke warm, missing almost every condiment. Actually watched the cashier just dump the left over food from previous customer or customer from previous night on the floor.

I usually never leave reviews but, over 20 minutes in the drive through line is insane. The food was bad for Popeyes and it seemed like there was only 3 people working and only one of them actually working. Not worth it.

If you want decent quality food just go to crown point location. The people here don’t care about your food quality. The food always burned & hard ever since they got new workers. You can taste the burnt. Horrible food not worth a dollar go to other Popeyes.

I have never had such a bad experience at a Popeyes before in my life. They were out of half the menu. Everything I wanted to order they didn't have. Then my chicken strips were so over cooked I gave them to the dog. My husband's chicken was soggy with old grease. The red beans and rice was crunchy, the only thing was half way decent was the mashed and gravy and it was Luke warm. I will never waste my time or my money at this location again.

I never ever write reviews, bad or good, but this seemed like the only exception. I ordered my food on the mobile app at 3:17 and got to the store around 3:30. I waited for a while in line and at the intercom then when I got to the window finally the guy just pointed up, so I asked, “Pull up?” and he just shook his head yeah and I said, “Thank you,” despite him not saying an actual verbal word to me. I then pulled up and waited for forty minutes until I’m finally handed my food, but without the drink that came with my combo lol. When I got home I realized there was no bacon nor was there any cheese on my chicken sandwich (the sandwich I ordered came with it). So not only did I waste time, I wasted money too. I will NEVER be going to this location AGAIN. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business because it looks like a lot of people have had issues here too? I love Popeyes but I hate this location. So yeah, that was my experience here. If this is the closest location to your house, I highly recommend going to the second closest because even though it’s a further drive than this one, I’m confident you’d get your food faster at the other one and the right order!! I’ve been here before and the wait (though never as long) never bothered me because I’ve worked in food and completely understand when you’re busy or understaffed, which is a big reason I don’t leave bad reviews because I understand. But this time was a whole different scenario, one I could never understand. Not verbally speaking to your customer and getting the order wrong on top of waiting?? Goodbye.
