I am from fort wayne and ordered all the app before going back. I did not realize that the time had changed and my order was not going to be ready for a good forty five minutes. When I stopped in the store, Amelia was wonderful and was able to make my sandwich for me and get me back on the road in list in ten minutes. Great employees at the store.

The overall taste of the food is usually good. It is the people you select to work there. Its mainly young kids that just dont care and dont understand manners. I was there today and when I came to the order booth the worker said “sup” then not another word and continued a conversation about a party with another worker. The sandwich was also made very sloppy. I wont be back at this location

I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 4:20pm. My friend and I sat inside and waited an extra 30 minutes before our food was ready, while one of the ladies that was working wasn’t even behind the counter, she was out talking to a gentleman that came into the store to visit and have a personal conversation. It was only two sandwiches.

First time I went here, all the soup burners were broke or something, so wasn’t able to try them. Bummer. Second time I went, the food was good. Now this last time, I ordered online and got their BLT with Avocado and asked for light tomato and light lettuce, which I got no tomato. Also, the bacon was terrible!!! It was practically ALL FAT. Super slimy and gross!!! IF I come back it will only be for the pot pie soup.

If you order online its not gonna be fkin ready on time. You gonna sit in the lobby like a dumbahh for another 40 fkin minutes for a gd chicken sanwich. You gonna get it its gonna be cold cause whole time its been ready sittin inna corner an the doctors behind the counter couldnt bag it up an put it onna shelf. Never comin back my Momma make way better sandwiches anyway.

I ordered online at 9:30a for a 5:30p delivery. At 6p I called up and apparently doordash had accepted the order for pickup and then cancelled it so no one else was picking it up... The lady on the phone said that she would have to cancel the order and redo it for doordash to see the order again, then they will pick my food up to deliver it. I called again at 7:30p and now they have no order for me whatsoever and blamed me for not making a new order... This is the 2nd time in a row that they couldn't get my food within 2 hours of my delivery time, but the first time they couldn't deliver it because of their mistakes. We're not ready for robots to take peoples jobs, but when fools can't do simple things, then be it...

Staff was extremely rude, on their phones and listening to music with airpods. Some staff members were dancing. My sandwich was sitting on the toaster, getting cold, while the staff decided it was more important to practice dance moves. My sister asked for onions and they couldn't even hear her because of the airpods. What a joke. Absolutely zero awareness for anyone. Meanwhile tables and floor was a mess. And my sandwich wasn't even hot. What a clown show. I love Potbelly, but don't think I'll be returning to this location.
