I always love QDOBA. My go to, the nacho bowls is always filling and delicious. We stopped in on the way home from Chicago. The place was clean, friendly staff and the food was piping hot.

The vibe was totally different this day. I cant explain it but not like one of my usual visits. I shared some jokes with the employee that was working the front. I hate that I didnt catch his name but he's cool. I told him I would help him but admitted that he would prob have to come find me as I would be eating all the food around the corner?? it was a good day.

My daughter and I have made a point to stop and eat here when we can. Tonight unfortunately there was in appropriate customer behind us in line that was abusive to the staff. His behavior was unprovoked and threatening. I want to commend the gentleman behind the counter for maintaining his composure and his professionalism. I think it speaks volume to his character. He kept a smile on his face and continued to provide great customer service. I believe he defused a potentially volatile situation. Thank you!P.s The food is great!

I did order for pickup through ActiveMenu. Very easy. Ordered 2 hours before actual pickup time I needed. Went to pickup everything hot and ready to take home. Will order again.

Food has changed, the rice and chicken lacks flavor but the star of the show is the BRISKET!!! A winner every time. I love that they don't charge extra for guacamole and other toppings.

Went there last night to pick up dinner. The staff was not too interested in working. I had to remind them several times to add the items they had just asked me about to my meal. Then, when I sat down for dinner after the 5 minute ride home, I discovered the food was stone cold. Not planning to go to this location again.
