so excited to find a vegan option in this area. once my veggie burger (minus cheese and mayo to make it vegan) that was cold (in the middle!!) was reheated- it was yum! i would not get the sweet potato fries again. sub-par on those for the price. i’d rather have a smaller portion of better quality than a large portion of barely meh.veggie burger i would get again. and the people i talked to in order to see what, if anything, was vegan, were super friendly and super helpful. i can’t speak to the cheeseburger. my dad had that and took it home with him to eat later. but i know he loves RR.

I take My Mother here Regularly, Red Robin is Her Favorite Restaurant for Cheeseburgers ? ? I pull the Vehicle up to the front door, put on My Hazards, Open My Mother's Car Door, then the doors to the Restaurant, then I go park the Vehicle like Every Gentleman Should. We are Always Greeted as Soon as We Walk in, All of the Servers are Awesome, Food is Always Delicious ? We have been Dining at this Location for over 3 years now, Only part that Sucks is it is located in Merrillville ?

Awful service!! Awful staff!! Came in there today at 11:40 am for a pick up order for a 3rd party carrier, and waited 25 minutes and order still wasn't ready! I finally asked how much longer, the girl gave me a shitty look and said hold and told me 10 more minutes! I'm sorry it doesn't take 45 minutes to cook a turkey burger and fries! Just awful service! I get paid by my company on each order and not per hour! Terrible awful service! Had to walk out, I couldn't wait any longer! Should be ashamed of such horrible service tbh!!
