Don’t waste your time or money! They lack cleanliness and decency. The manager is beyond rude and they don’t listen to any of your orders! They literally give you what THEY want you to have. terrible service got my order wrong & she said “do you want it or not” after i been waiting an hour for my food. i called my order in at 10:30 my food was presented to me at 11:30 after waiting for other customers in drive thru. the door to the inside was locked up & they don’t close till 12 i could of simply paid & left with fresh food & it could’ve been all easy but instead just wasted nothing but my time & they least y’all can do is get the order right! ??♂️

Waited 40 minutes for a ten piece chicken and gizzards. When I asked what's going on, one of the girls got real rude and was trying to embarrass me and my son in front of other customers. Then, the food was not good. The gizzards were over cooked and chicken had no flavor. That's the last time there for me.

I was just there on yesterday which was 3/3/2024 I ordered gizzard and perch combo and my food was fried too hard if not requested food shouldn't be fried like that SMH didn't enjoy at all!!!

My chicken wings were slamming, but the catfish filets were so thin I couldn't taste any catfish ?
Food is good, when i get it as its ready. Never ready on time. Sometimes I go to walk inside and pick it up, but they lock the doors, making me sit in the drive thru line for 45 minutes.

Hello everyone I am upset to announce that this place is a no go I decided to eat here today and when I tell you I ordered a 10 pic chicken combo and the chicken had no flavor I ask them too fry hard and the worker look at me very rude and continue to fry my chicken not hard they make it hard to come back i also got old fries when i requested fresh fries and i can say the sharks in hammond has way better cooked food
