Terrible customer service.Took a minute for someone to come out of the back when we walked in, when she did she just walked behind the register and stared at us. Then a male employee walked out and just stood there staring at us as well. Not even a smile- We can read the room, so we just left without a single word. Sorry to interrupt your phone time in the back.

I went into the store and was immediately overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana and musk… there was stagnant water on the floor and the whole place was filthy. There was a line of 5 people and one of the employees just dipped in the back to hide leaving a heavy set guy by himself, just going painfully slow like he was either high or had zero idea what he was doing (it’s not hard, it prints the entire thing on the paper with the steps on how to make each smoothie and there should be a guide handy for reference too for measurements). I used to work at Smoothie King in another state and this would have never passed at my location, everything was unhygienic and there was no care about cross contamination or allergies. I’m allergic to mangoes and did not feel comfortable getting anything here, I could even see their blenders on the back sink were filthy. The guy making the smoothies also kept rubbing his nose and sniffling as he was making smoothies. There is no reason this place should be this filthy and everything slopped over each other, the location I worked at was 3x’s busier than this one and obviously someone isn’t properly training to clean as you go. The guy was moving slower than a snail and it’s not like it’s because he was trying to be careful… I decided to leave and will not be returning, the smell alone was horrible not even factoring all the other things I mention.

Too many unsupervised young adults on one shift joking and playing . The customer service is horrible no one spoke to any one walking in . There was a altercation happening with another customer before i walked in and when he walked out the group of employees was loudly joking and laughing at him not acknowledging that there was still customers in the store .

So the reason I gave this two stars because they don't wear gloves or wear mask the young man that was making my smoothie had his mouth open over my smoothie the entire time I was praying nothing fall out his mouth I get home started coughing I think he had cold because I was fine before bring back mask and gloves please or I will call corporate
