I was in the Starbucks at 2661 E US Hwy 30 Merrillville, IN 46410. There was a constant line of at least 6 people there the entire time I was there and only one employee working, his name was Zach. I have never seen one person do such an amazing job of being so polite, quick and with such a great attitude as Zach. Bren has a delightfully pleasant attitude. She has such a willingness to help. What a great personality! She is very knowledgeable. I really appreciate her suggestions.
