First and last visit. They're rude and act bothered to be at work. Obviously frozen yogurt is by weight. They gave me wayyy more yogurt than I wanted and were very stingy with the toppings. Seeing as how I only wanted animal crackers, I wanted more of them!

The manager was horrendous with a poor attitude and offered poor customer service. This location also has not been following COVID-19 health precautions—the woman (who claimed to be the manager) handling the yogurt was not wearing gloves. When called out on this, she got defensive and claimed it was no big deal.

Ordered a strawberry mango smoothie. Barely any strawberry flavor. As the person was making it I saw that it was only a small amount of the strawberry flavor but made it anyway.
There are only a few flavors of actual yogurt and the "cookies and cream" is just chocolate yogurt. The customer service is terrible. When I went in, the employees just stared at me when I went to pay for my yogurt! Also, when I was there, the employees had their child there! They were playing with their child when there were people waiting in line and no one at the register. Finally, they wouldn't accept my coupon! Why have coupons if I can't use them?

All eight flavors of self serve yogurt are low..comes out extremely slowly then stops..all of the tables are dirty..really?? Two small yogurts are $18 depending on weight..the two employees are standing around playing with their phones instead of refilling the yogurt machines or cleaning the tables The yogurt is tasty though hence the two stars but not worth the high prices
